of Adoptive Parents on Success, Satisfaction and Types of
Post-Adoption Services
(POSitive
Study)
This
survey is for those who have completed an Adoption (Domestic or
International/Inter-country). Whether your
child has had many issues or interventions, or none, we would
like your input!
The survey is
in English and it is one survey per child. It
will take between 20 and 40 minutes to complete. IMPORTANT:
In
order to keep your answers anonymous, the system will NOT allow you to
return to a partially-completed survey.
